Job summary

Heartlinks ABA, a leader in ABA services, is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team across North Carolina. We provide in-home and community-based services, with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

We welcome BCBA candidates, including new grads, and offer flexible schedules, professional development, and a supportive, growth-oriented environment with a BCBA leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing abilities.
• Proven ability to work within a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director and Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and a team player.
