Heartlinks ABA seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team in North Carolina. We deliver in-home and community ABA services for children with autism, with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community. Supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and team-oriented.
