Job summary

Smilestones ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our Fort Worth team. This hybrid role combines in-person clinical work with remote flexibility based on client needs, offering $60–$80/hour based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO and sick time.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services. Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Experience with children and families in ABA setting.
• Strong clinical leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA programming and data-driven decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Train parents and caregivers.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure high standards of ethical care.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration.
