Smilestones ABA in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, in-person position. The role delivers one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and requires a compassionate, dependable team player dedicated to helping children learn new skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in Fort Worth, TX.
• Pass background check and employment requirements.
• In-person work required in Fort Worth, TX 76179.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill programs.
• Collect accurate session and behavioral data.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBA supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living and other essential skills.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
