Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Riverside region in a hybrid role. The position offers flexible scheduling, in-person supervision, monthly clinical leadership support, and a $5k sign-on bonus.

We seek clinicians who are collaborative, big-hearted, and analytical, with a strong commitment to assent-based treatment and family-centered care. Both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Licensure/registration as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Strong professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct parent/caregiver trainings and ensure client safety.
