Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA programs for children and families. The role is hybrid with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical team.

You will provide clinical mentorship, conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services.
• Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback.
• Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Current auto insurance and ability to complete background screening.
• Current TB clearance or ability to obtain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.
• Oversee treatment integrity and adjust plans based on client progress.
• Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team members.
• Prepare progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development.
