Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role in the Boston area. The schedule is flexible with 10–20 billable hours per week, and the position offers hybrid remote and in‑person work.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and schools to drive meaningful progress while maintaining a small caseload and strong ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in‑person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care.
• Collaborate with educators and families to track progress.
