House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role in California. The position offers a hybrid schedule (remote & in-person) with a pay rate of $65–$85 per hour and 10–20 billable hours per week.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• ABA experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress.
• Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards.
