House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible, hybrid work in the United States. We offer part-time and full-time hourly roles with an emphasis on balance, small caseloads, and meaningful impact on kids and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Ability to collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of amazing kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress.
• Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards.
