House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Part-Time Hourly role with flexible scheduling. Hybrid—remote and in-person—from Phoenix, AZ.

You will manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and educators to achieve meaningful progress and maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of clients (7-10).
