Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for children and families. This hybrid role offers flexible caseloads with both in-person and remote components based on client needs and program direction.

The ideal candidate holds Maryland licensure with a Master’s in ABA or related field, plus experience with autism or developmental disabilities. The position supports part-time or full-time hours with strong clinical and professional

Qualifications

• MD licensure in good standing or eligible
• Master’s degree in ABA/related field
• Experience providing ABA to autism/developmental disabilities preferred
• In-person Maryland service delivery as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to therapists
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in remote and in-person services as required
