Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across the state. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical duties with remote work based on client needs, offering flexible part-time or full-time caseloads and strong clinical support.

The successful candidate will have Maryland licensure eligibility or hold a Maryland license, a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, and experience with autism/developmental

Qualifications

• Maryland licensure eligibility or current Maryland licensure.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.
