Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical work with remote sessions, offering flexible caseloads and ongoing clinical support.

The position supports growth through professional development, supervision of technicians, and collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. Licensure in Maryland is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Maryland licensure or currently licensed in Maryland.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs
