Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

The position offers flexible caseload options, ongoing clinical supervision, opportunities for growth, and access to an extensive CEU library and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Maryland licensure.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in person services as required by client and program needs
