BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across both in-person and remote settings. The role supports children and families, offering a flexible hybrid schedule with strong clinical backing and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate holds Maryland licensure (or eligibility) and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, with preferred ABA experience for individuals with autism

Qualifikationen

• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs
