Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical duties with remote work based on client needs, offering flexible part-time or full-time caseloads.

You will receive robust clinical support, ongoing professional development, and pathways for advancement within BK Behavior, plus access to extensive CEU resources and mentorship from seasoned clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Maryland licensure or eligibility required.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.
