Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify causes and functions of student behaviors.
• Develop and write BIPs based on assessment data.
• Write measurable behavior goals for students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement BIPs.
• Provide on-site and remote consultation and support to school staff.
• Deliver training sessions on behavior management and implementation of BIPs.
• Monitor and adjust BIPs based on data.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans, progress, and consultations.
• Foster an inclusive school culture that supports student success.
