Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across the state. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical work with remote activities based on client needs and program demands.

The candidate will supervise behavior technicians, assess progress, and adjust treatment plans while collaborating with families and care teams for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Maryland licensure.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.
