Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. This hybrid role offers 75% remote work with strong admin support for scheduling, authorizations, and intake.

The position requires active BCBA certification, Maryland LBA, and supervision experience; the team emphasizes collaborative families and compliant care with insurance standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Maryland LBA
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements
