Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership with 75% remote work and 25% in-person supervision in Maryland. You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality client care while maintaining compliance with state and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland LBA license required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
