Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in a hybrid Fresno-based role. You will supervise, mentor, and collaborate with families and teams to deliver high-quality ABA care.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 with uncapped bonus earning potential and monthly billables support to achieve strong client outcomes. CEU and professional growth are included.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
• Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care
• Support the professional development of clinical team members
