360 Behavioral Health in Madera, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a hybrid, senior role with strong leadership responsibilities. You will guide clinical teams, oversee ABA services, and partner with families and departments to deliver exceptional care.

Base salary ranges from $85,000–$89,500 with an uncapped bonus earning potential, plus ongoing CEU support, student loan assistance, and career growth opportunities. A dynamic, supportive environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise, coach and develop clinical staff.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Ethical, evidence-based and client-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with operations to remove barriers to care.
• Support professional development of clinical staff.
