360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in a hybrid role. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee ABA services, and collaborate with families and teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to remove barriers to care.
