Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA services with families and clinical teams. You’ll supervise, coach, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
