Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Totowa, NJ, to support children with ASD using evidence-based ABA practices. The role offers a hybrid schedule with remote billable work and in-clinic supervision, including travel up to 30 miles for sessions and parent training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• LBA licensure in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor client progress toward goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate data collection for all target behaviors and objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions and ensure effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Completion of BCBA supervision training

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey
