Get Set ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) near Baltimore County, MD, offering hybrid/remote scheduling. Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification is required.
• Masters degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience in program development and RBT supervision.

• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
