The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in banking/financial systems, with 5+ years preferred. This is a hybrid role based at corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or technology.
• 3+ years supporting systems tied to banking and trust administration.
• 5+ years working with financial systems (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assists with planning, organization, coordination and advising on special technology and system projects; supports vendor relationships.
• Review and recommend new methods and systems to maintain operational efficiency; develop RFPs and evaluate technology solutions.
• Participates in due diligence to acquire suitable technology and determine resources for implementation.
• Assists in developing training programs for new systems for Fulton Bank staff.
