The ideal candidate has high school diploma, 1–2 years sales experience, and the ability to learn products quickly while building relationships and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services or hospitality preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Blend duties of customer service representative and teller in a hybrid branch setting.
• Process loan applications and close loans for various lending units.
• Refer customers to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers by phone and in person to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and handle daily account maintenance.
• Process deposits, verify cash, endorsements, and issue receipts.
• Record and process sales of monetary instruments and large cash transaction reports.
• Assist with foreign currency transactions and loan payments.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures across duties.
