Job summary

The Huntington National Bank in Worthington, OH is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, build partnerships, and adhere to all policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in customer service or sales in banking or related field.
Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or business-to-business sales.
Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
Demonstrates banking, sales, investments, consumer/business lending, and customer service knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication and comfort with online/mobile banking.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Identify opportunities to grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies; follow risk and regulatory procedures.
