Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, and referrals.
• Educate customers to deepen relationships and use bank services.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking; stay updated on products and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies; other duties as assigned.
