Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking or related field.
• Background check including fingerprints required by NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Proactively grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking tools.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
