Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail/sales, or B2B sales experience, or military service in administration/civil affairs or similar.
• Licenses: background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Educate customers on how to use online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Stay informed on all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
