Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in business analysis, project coordination or PMO roles.
• IIBA or PMI certifications preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Experience creating and maintaining project dashboards; Tableau/Power BI preferred.
• Proficient with project management tracking tools; strong communication and documentation.
• Organized, detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for projects.
• Map business processes and design workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision making.
• Develop data mapping and schema structures.
• Support project lifecycle documentation.
• Track milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
