Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Work with development/IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications for Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Conduct gap analysis, business process mapping and workflow design.
• Develop data mapping, schema structures and manage system dependencies.
• Track milestones, schedules, budgets and risks using PM tools; generate dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and compliance requirements.
