Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Analyst with Utilities Domain for a 12+ month contract in Newark, DE (Hybrid). The role focuses on analyzing business processes, managing large data sets, and supporting contract administration and RFP development.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong MS Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–5 years of experience in business analysis or project support.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.
• Support contract administration and development of RFPs for distribution programs.
• Manage program-level data using Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document current workflows.
• Help develop functional and technical specifications and training materials.
• Assist in risk and issue identification and in system testing.
