Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Program Analyst for the Cash Connect division in Newark, DE. The role bridges business analysis and project governance, eliciting requirements and translating them into actionable specifications for Agile and Waterfall projects.

The incumbent will gather and document requirements, develop data mappings, dashboards, and reports, and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and compliance standards. In-person 4 days a week with one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination or PMO roles.
• Certifications such as IIBA or PMI preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management.
• Strong SQL skills for analysis.
• Experience with dashboards in PMO.
• Tableau and Power BI preferred.
• Proficient with project management tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to engage with all levels and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for Agile and Waterfall.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow design.
• Recommend improvements to processes and system functionality.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision making.
• Develop data mapping, schema structure and manage dependencies.
• Support project lifecycle documentation (charters, business cases, plans and closure reports).
• Track milestones, schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables using PM tools.
• Generate and maintain dashboards and project status reports for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and compliance requirements.
• Design and develop reporting using SQL and data relationships.
• Collaborate on system design, testing (UAT, SIT), deployment and training.
• Respond to ad-hoc tickets and triage as needed.
• Other duties as defined.
