Job summary

Century Savings Bank in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Universal Banker who combines teller duties with platform service. You will handle cash, process transactions, greet customers, and promote bank products while delivering high standards of service.

This role supports cross-selling, assists in researching account issues, complies with BSA/AML rules, and collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in teller/platform operations preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products ( CDs, money market, debit cards ).
• Familiar with Bank Secrecy Act and AML rules is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manages a cash drawer daily, balances cash at end of shifts with accuracy.
• Greets customers, promotes cross-selling and new products.
• Assists in researching and resolving account issues or inquiries.
• Provides access to safe deposit boxes and handles deposits/withdrawals/loan payments.
• Ensures compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC guidance and CIP procedures.
• Performs ATM/coin machine settlement and general platform duties.
