Job summary

CFG Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to greet customers, perform Teller and Platform transactions, and promote banking products. You will support branch operations, perform audits, and ensure compliance while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

The role requires adaptability, basic math, and 2–3 years of branch banking experience, with BMI knowledge of IRA structures. Hours are posted as 9 AM–4 PM Mon-Thu and 9–5 on Fridays; candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• 2-3 years of branch-banking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with IRA account structures and regulations.
• Cross-training in Teller and Platform is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide efficient service while following bank regulations.
• Promote bank products to enhance customer relationships; refer to accounts personnel when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services; assist with Teller and Platform duties.
• Perform teller duties, manage cash, and conduct monthly audits.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and maintain branch cleanliness and order.
