Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year banking, teller, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn banking regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency with banking systems, MS Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers in person, by phone and digital channels.
• Assist with account inquiries, transactions and product information.
• Identify customer needs and make referrals for deposits, loans and digital banking.
• Support customer onboarding and promote Bank’s products and services.
• Perform routine teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with vault operations, branch balancing and daily reconciliation.
• Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts and review documents for accuracy.
• Assist with debit card requests and online banking setup.
• Follow bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain awareness of fraud prevention and audit readiness.
• Provide backup across teller and platform functions as needed.
• Work with branch leadership to support daily workflow.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented branch environment.
