Peoples Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer experiences by combining precise transactions with consultative service. In this role you will handle both teller and platform duties, engaging customers in meaningful conversations to identify financial needs and link them to banking solutions and digital tools.

You will own each interaction from start to finish, ensure cash control and regulatory compliance, and contribute to branch growth and customer retention through

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with ECS standards.
• Engage customers through proactive, needs-based conversations and identify financial needs.
• Assist with teller and platform responsibilities within the branch.
• Connect customers to appropriate banking solutions, digital tools, and internal business partners.
