Peoples Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer experiences by combining precise transactions with consultative service. In this role you will handle both teller and platform duties, engaging customers in meaningful conversations to identify financial needs and link them to banking solutions and digital tools.

You will own each interaction from start to finish, ensure cash control and regulatory compliance, and contribute to branch growth and customer retention through

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.

Position SummaryThe Universal Banker delivers consistent, high-quality customer experience by combining transaction accuracy, operational discipline, consultative service, and relationship-based banking. This role supports both teller and platform responsibilities within the branch while engaging customers in meaningful conversations, identifying financial needs, and connecting them to appropriate banking solutions, digital tools, and internal business partners. The Universal Banker is accountable for owning each customer interaction from start to finish, maintaining strong cash controls and compliance standards, recognizing referral opportunities, and contributing to branch growth, customer retention, and overall performance goals.
