Lead a team of analysts to model P&L, capital impacts, and governance-ready recommendations for pricing decisions, risk, and regulatory compliance. Partner with executive leadership to drive profitable, resilient growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services or management consulting with focus on credit risk, capital management, and financial planning.
• Expert knowledge of consumer banking products, including P&L drivers and KPI"s.
• Deep knowledge of capital and balance sheet management frameworks (CCAR, CECL, Basel III Endgame, R&R).
• Proven experience forecasting balance sheet and P&L components.
• Demonstrated ability to lead quantitative teams and deliver analytics under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quantitative analysts and set a culture of analytical rigor.
• Provide pricing risk analytics and assess impacts on profitability and capital.
• Design tests, measure performance, and analyze incremental impact of major initiatives.
• Support balance sheet management, portfolio profitability, and capital efficiency analysis.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Product, and Franchise teams to present executive insights.
