Job summary

Dexian seeks a combined Business Analyst and Scrum Master in the Washington, DC area for a hybrid role (2-4 days on site). You will partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, and drive delivery of transactional, compliance-driven systems within large governmental or corporate environments.

The ideal candidate has SAFe 6 and CSM certifications, strong communication skills, and a track record of navigating complex bureaucratic

Qualifications

Active SAFe 6 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications.
Experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in large organizational settings.
Well-versed in agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills across diverse groups.
Experience with transactional, compliance-driven systems involving data entry and reporting.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Owner to gather and refine requirements for projects.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and processes with project teams using Agile Development Operations (ADO).
Support development of transactional systems with data entry and inter-system communication.
Contribute to the design and usability of forms and tools for ease of use.
Work on large-scale data-heavy projects.
Adapt to evolving policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison across business units to gather requirements and communicate.
Ensure deliverables meet compliance and usability standards.
