Job summary

Devis seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Washington, DC to join an Agile team supporting a U.S. Department of State program.

You will translate user needs into developer-ready requirements, lead testing and UAT, and keep sprints on track within a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, test planning, and agile facilitation, plus creating SOPs and training materials for each release.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Hands-on experience with software or system testing (functional, regression, or UAT).
Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Run the team’s Agile process: Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and coordination.
Own the requirements: gather/document business needs, translate into user stories, ensure changes align with requirements.
Test and validate: build test plans, execute test cases, log defects, lead UAT with government stakeholders.
