D&G Solutions is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst / Scrum Master to bridge Government and Agile teams for IGC Logistics Data. You will translate transportation needs into clear requirements, drive sprint ceremonies, and support release readiness and validation.

Work hybrid with colleagues and government product owners, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams to mission-critical transport operations.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of BA/analysis, logistics systems, or Agile delivery.
• Translate operations into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support cross-functional Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation, logistics, cargo, movement, and asset-visibility data and translate into functional and data requirements.
• Develop and maintain User Stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in the ALM tool.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress, blockers, risks, and release readiness across teams (dev, test, data, cloud, cybersecurity).
• Support change control, release documentation, and baseline activities to reflect approved changes.
