Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, supply chain procurement, or a related commercial role.
• Experience with digital prospecting tools and building targeted outreach lists.
• Confident cold caller and communicator with ability to engage at multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate new supplier opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
• Respond to inbound supplier inquiries and educate prospects on GP Recycling capabilities.
• Coordinate with traders and leadership to develop competitive bids and manage RFP/RFQ processes.
• Maintain CRM records with lead activity, outreach, and pipeline status.
