Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our Fuel Division in Brentwood, TN. You will support NAT/NAL lines of business with inbound/outbound calls, email case management, and problem resolution, delivering exceptional B2B customer service.

Responsibilities include case management, calls, and collaboration with internal teams. Training lasts six weeks onsite in Brentwood, followed by a hybrid work environment with company-provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of office, customer service, or call center experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 30 customer cases per shift via email and phone.
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide support to business clients and cardholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and other internal tools to manage case workloads.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
