Enova in Denver is seeking a dynamic Manager, Small Business Collections to lead our SB collections team across early, mid and late stages. You will drive real-time workflows, remove bottlenecks, and ensure scalable growth while maintaining customer relationships.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in Consumer and/or B2B collections, with fintech or digital lending experience. A focus on AI applications to support borrowers and strong partner collaboration will be essential.

Formación

• Experience making data driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the US regulatory landscape for commercial and consumer collections (FDCPA, state rules).
• Expertise in building strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Experience in fintech, digital lending, or a customer-oriented bank.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Consumer and/or B2B Collections including multi-layer leadership and large headcount.
• Passionate about AI and how to incorporate these technologies to better serve borrowers.
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and adapt to changes with ease.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily functions of the Small Business collections team across early, mid and late stage collections.
• Execute operational strategies including real-time workflows and bottleneck resolution to drive performance.
• Build leadership depth to support sustainable growth.
• Drive team efficiency and overall effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to validate evolving collections strategies.
• Plan and execute goals by setting priorities and objectives.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews; drive productivity.
• Balance collections with a merchant-centric approach to protect customer relationships.
