Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Department Manager - B2B Collections to lead the Small Business collections team across early, mid and late stage processes. You will drive real-time workflows, remove bottlenecks, and set the strategy for scalable growth while reporting to the Senior Manager, Small Business Collections and Recovery.

You will build leadership depth, partner with cross-functional teams, set goals, and coach staff to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Consumer and/or B2B Collections, including multi-layer leadership and large teams.
• Experience in fintech, digital lending, or a customer-oriented bank.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with US regulatory landscape for collections (FDCPA, state rules).
• Interest in incorporating AI to improve borrower service.

Responsibilities

• Lead Collections Operations including Supervisors, Leads and representatives.
• Partner with departments to validate and evolve collections strategies.
• Plan and execute team goals, prioritize objectives and drive results.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions based on trends.
• Improve representative productivity through coaching and best practices.
• Build relationships with business partners and balance merchant impact.
