Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; 1–3 years of relevant AV experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Certifications in AV systems (Extron AVA, ECS) encouraged within one year of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line classroom technology support and on-site/remote troubleshooting for AV equipment in classrooms and event spaces.
• Set up, operate, and calibrate AV gear for live and hybrid events, including Zoom Room and Hy-Flex systems.
• Maintain and repair audiovisual equipment; conduct bi-annual room checks; coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Train faculty, staff, and students in use of classroom technologies; support staff development in AV practices.
